Automatically collected:
- Launcher version, OS type
- Anonymous crash reports & error logs
- Basic usage statistics
- IP address (temporarily, for security)
Provided by you:
- Microsoft authentication token (stored locally, never sent to us)
- Email address (only if you contact support)
We do NOT collect: your Microsoft password, your in-game activity, your private messages, your real identity.
2. How we use your data
- Provide and improve the launcher
- Fix bugs and crashes
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and abuse
We never sell your data.
3. Data sharing
We may share data with hosting providers (EU-based), Microsoft (only via OAuth), payment providers (only for purchases), and legal authorities (if required by French law). All partners are GDPR-compliant.
4. Data storage
All data is stored on servers in the European Union. Encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access restricted to authorized staff. Logs kept for max 12 months.
