1. Digital goods
Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. This right is waived if you start using/downloading the digital content immediately after purchase, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
2. Eligible refunds
- Duplicate purchase
- Technical issue preventing access (after support attempt)
- Unauthorized transaction (with proof)
3. Non-refundable
- Change of mind after content has been used
- Account bans due to ToS violations
- Server-specific bans
4. How to request a refund
Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID, date of purchase, reason, and any proof. We respond within 7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from LightClient services and possible legal action. Please contact us first - we'll resolve it.
